I use a method based on Reiki using plant remedies to enhance the healing process, channelling universal light energy.

This can either be experienced laying or sitting depending on the individual though laying down in preferable to bring a greater sense of relaxation.

I find it best to have a succession of sessions to have an on going benefit.
